Preventive Health Check-Up 30+
This preventive check-up is designed for people who feel generally healthy and want to stay that way for many years. It is a structured medical screening program that helps to detect “silent” health problems early and understand your personal risk before any chronic disease appears.
The package is especially suitable for adults from about 30 years old who have never had a full check-up or did it a long time ago. It is meant for people who have risk factors but no diagnosed chronic disease yet: family history of serious illnesses, high stress at work or at home, irregular eating habits, lack of exercise, poor sleep, or a generally unbalanced lifestyle. It is also a good choice if your relatives suffer from conditions that can be inherited and you want to understand your own risk.
The check-up includes:
• ECG (electrocardiogram) to assess heart rhythm and basic cardiac function
• Blood test with hormonal profile to evaluate key hormonal balance
• Genetic screening to assess inherited predispositions to certain diseases
As part of the visit, your risk factors, lifestyle, and family history are assessed. All test results are reviewed by medical specialists, who explain what they mean for your current and future health. You receive recommendations on further steps if any abnormalities are found, and advice on prevention — including lifestyle changes, possible additional examinations, and when to repeat check-ups.
This program is designed to give you a clear picture of your health “here and now” and to help reduce the risk of future disease through early detection and timely prevention.
