Dr. Javier Toro is an interventional pain physician who has performed 5,000 analgesic procedures. He practices regenerative medicine, anesthesiology, and palliative care at Stem Cells Colombia. The specialist is an Associate Professor at CES University. Additionally, he pioneered the use of spinal neurostimulation implants.

Dr. Toro treats chronic cancer and non-cancer pain using image-guided techniques. Academic Research & Recognition

Dr. Toro presents original research at international medical congresses. He studied how articular radiofrequency – a procedure using heat to reduce joint pain – affects patients with osteoarthritis.
