Assoc. Prof. Kıvanç Derya Peker adalah seorang ahli bedah dengan keahlian dalam operasi pankreas, kandung empedu, hati, dan lambung. Dia juga berspesialisasi dalam bedah obesitas dan metabolik, serta transplantasi ginjal. Dia menyelesaikan pelatihan medis dan bedahnya di Universitas Istanbul.
