Dr. Sertkaya lulus dari SMA Sains Konya Meram pada tahun 2001 dan masuk Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Gazi pada tahun yang sama, lulus pada tahun 2008. Dia menyelesaikan spesialisasi urologinya di Rumah Sakit Pelatihan dan Penelitian Haydarpaşa Numune pada tahun 2014, menjadi spesialis urologi.

Sejak menjadi spesialis, dia fokus pada sub-bidang Andrologi, menghadiri berbagai sesi pelatihan dan konferensi serta melakukan operasi bersama beberapa profesor Andrologi terkemuka dunia. Pada tahun 2017, ia lulus ujian kecakapan tertulis dan lisan yang dilaksanakan oleh Asosiasi Urologi Eropa, memperoleh gelar "FEBU."

Pada tahun 2020, Dr. Sertkaya mencapai pangkat Profesor Madya Urologi. Perjalanannya dalam Urologi dan Andrologi, yang dimulai pada tahun 2008, berlanjut di Pusat Kesehatan dan Estetika Pria Andro Expertise, yang ia dirikan pada tahun 2022. Dia melayani pasien di kliniknya sendiri dan melakukan operasi di rumah sakit yang bekerja sama.

Dr. Tunc Ozdemir adalah seorang ahli urologi terkemuka di Istanbul. Dia mengkhususkan diri dalam uro-onkologi, dengan fokus pada pengobatan kanker prostat dan tumor ginjal. Dr. Iyibozkurt memiliki gelar PhD dalam Kedokteran Molekuler. Ia telah menyelesaikan pelatihan lanjutan di Oxford, Leeds, dan Florida. Accepting patients in the Urology medical unit of Florya Hospital, Prof. Dr. Semih Ayan completed his education at Sivas Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine in 1997 and received the title of Urology Specialist. In 1999, he became a Postdoctoral Fellow in Pediatric Urology at Harvard University; He became Associate Professor of Urology in 2003 and Professor of Urology in 2009. In 2015, he completed his Minimal Invasive Urological Oncology (Clinical Fellow) studies at the University of Chicago and crowned his professional education and experience with international studies.

In the field of Urological Oncology, which is one of the physician's areas of interest, surgical treatment of prostate cancer, bladder cancer and kidney tumors provides a significant increase in the survival rate and the chance of surviving cancer. In the field of Pediatric Urology, which is another area of interest, congenital anomalies such as renal outflow stenosis, urinary reflux to the kidney and hypospadias are corrected by using innovative surgical applications and a lifelong contribution is provided to the patients.
