Dr. Sutan Kaya is an experienced ophthalmologist. He earned his medical degree from Akdeniz University School of Medicine. He completed advanced training at İzmir Bozyaka Teaching and Training Hospital in Turkey. Dr. Kaya specializes in cataract and refractive surgery.
