Dr. Bulam earned his M.D. at Hacettepe University and completed his residency at Gazi University. He holds the FEBOPRAS certification and is authorized for International Health Tourism (2022).

Dr. Mert Secer is a board-certified specialist in facial cosmetic, plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. He graduated from the Hacettepe University Medical Faculty English Program in 2013. He completed his specialization at Eskişehir Osmangazi University in 2018.

Dr. Secer is known for his skills in rhinoplasty, face lifting, and body reconstruction surgeries. He has presented at many conferences and has contributed to his field. He was born in 1987 in Denizli. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Denizli.
