Prof. Dr. Ilhan Elmaci adalah seorang ahli bedah saraf terkemuka. Ia dikenal karena keahliannya dalam bedah otak dan tulang belakang, neuroonkologi, dan bedah pangkal tengkorak. Ia telah bekerja di institusi terkemuka seperti Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Elmaci telah memperkenalkan teknik baru dalam bedah mikro dan bedah pangkal tengkorak endoskopi.

Ia adalah ketua pendiri Masyarakat Pangkal Tengkorak di Turki. Ia juga merupakan anggota aktif dari European Skull Base Society. Dr. Elmaci telah membantu memajukan bedah saraf melalui kerjasama tim lintas spesialisasi. Ia memimpin klinik bedah saraf pertama di Turki yang terakreditasi EANS. Ia menyelesaikan pendidikan dasarnya di Sekolah Dasar Şenlikköy dan pendidikan menengahnya di Yayasan Istek Florya Bilge Kagan High School. Ia lulus dari Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Istanbul Cerrahpaşa pada tahun 2001. Ia menyelesaikan pendidikan spesialisnya di Departemen Neurologi Fakultas Kedokteran Istanbul pada tahun 2006. Pada tahun 2006, ia bekerja di Klinik Neurologi dan PharmaZentrum Research Center dari Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Basel, Swiss. Antara tahun 2007 dan 2011, ia bekerja di Prof. Dr. Mazhar Osman Rumah Sakit Pelatihan dan Penelitian Kesehatan Mental dan Penyakit Saraf Bakırköy di Klinik Neurologi ke-3 dan di poliklinik Demensia dan Gangguan Gerak. Sejak Oktober 2011, ia bekerja di Universitas Ilmu Pengetahuan Istanbul, Fakultas Kedokteran, Departemen Neurologi, AS.

Prof. Dr. Sezer Sağlam is a medical oncologist at Gayrettepe Florence Nightingale Hospital. He specializes in gastrointestinal and breast cancers. He has contributed to cancer care through research, especially with his study on the best timing for surgery after neoadjuvant therapy in rectal cancer. This work has influenced global treatment protocols.

Dr. Sağlam has led clinical trials in targeted therapies and precision medicine. Dr. Azmi Hamzaoglu is a leading spine surgeon with 36 years of experience in orthopedics and traumatology. He founded the Istanbul Scoliosis and Spine Center, the first facility in Turkey focused on spine surgery.

Dr. Mehmet Osman Akcakaya is a neurosurgeon with 18 years of experience. He specializes in microneurosurgery and functional neurosurgery. He treats head trauma, brain tumors, Parkinson’s disease, and spinal disorders. Dr. Akcakaya uses advanced surgical techniques for these complex conditions.

He has received several awards, including the Second Prize for 'Best Oral Presentation' at the Congress of the Nervous System Surgery Society. He completed a 4-year training program with the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies (EANS). He also holds the EANS board certificate (Part I). Dr. Mustafa Yavuz Samanci is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at Medipol Acıbadem District Hospital in Istanbul. He has specialized training in stereotactic, functional, and pediatric neurosurgery. Dr. Samanci completed a clinical fellowship in Gamma Knife Radiosurgery. He has also finished advanced programs in spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation. He received several TÜBİTAK postdoctoral research fellowships and the Prof. Dr. Hakan Caner Overseas Education Scholarship from the Turkish Neurosurgical Society.

Dr. Samanci is an active member of several national and international neurosurgical societies. These include the Turkish Neurosurgical Society, the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society, and the European Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery. He has served on editorial boards and scientific committees. His work reflects significant contributions to academic neurosurgery and research.

After he became a neurologist, he did 3,5 years of obligatory service for the gouvernment, first 1,5 years in military (Iskenderun Navy Hospital) and two more years in Diyarbakır Social Security Hospital. He returned to Istanbul University in 1989. He worked in the Mayo Clinic Rochester Minnesota U.S.A. during 1990 - 1991 on Demantia and Behavioural neurology subjects.

He became an Associate Professor in 1994 and continued working in Istanbul University until 1999. Between 1999 - 2002, he worked at the Kadir Has University and also Florence Nightingale Hospital.

He served in the Faculty executive committee of Kadir Has University during 1999 - 2000 and became a professor in 2000. Following that, worked in the Kozyatağı Hospital between 2004 - 2013.  

Since 2013 he has been working in Florence Nightingale Hospital.
