Lahir dan dibesarkan di Turki, Dr. Pera menempuh pendidikan di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hacettepe yang sangat terkenal dari 2008 hingga 2013, di mana ia memulai perjalanannya untuk menjadi dokter gigi. Kegemarannya di bidang ini membawanya untuk lebih mendalami Spesialisasi Bedah Mulut dan Maksilofasial, sebuah bidang yang ia pelajari secara mendalam di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Ankara dari 2016 hingga 2021.

Untuk memastikan pendekatan holistik dalam perawatan pasien, Dr. Pera menjalani beberapa rotasi antara 2016 dan 2019. Ini termasuk bidang-bidang seperti Anestesiologi dan Reanimasi, Kedokteran Darurat, Bedah Plastik, Rekonstruksi dan Estetika, serta Penyakit Telinga, Hidung, dan Tenggorokan, semuanya di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Ankara.

Sebelum mendirikan Hospitaprime, Dr. Pera bekerja sebagai Dokter Bedah Mulut dan Maksilofasial di Rumah Sakit Koru yang bergengsi di Ankara dari Mei 2021 hingga Juli 2022. Tak lama kemudian, ia bergabung dengan Rumah Sakit Memorial di Istanbul pada September 2022, di mana ia terus berpraktek.

Pada Maret 2023, Dr. Pera mengambil langkah signifikan dalam kariernya dengan mendirikan Hospitaprime di Istanbul, sebuah klinik gigi modern yang menawarkan berbagai layanan kedokteran gigi. Dr. Jumana Baryhe is a specialist in advanced aesthetic and hair restoration procedures. Between 2008-2019, he actively worked in the surgical and integrated departments of Sakarya Geyve State Hospital and Okmeydanı Oral and Dental Health Hospital. Dr. Ekin Dogan is a specialist dentist and periodontist. He holds a Master’s degree from the Ege University Faculty of Dentistry and completed specialization in Periodontology at Inonu University. His focus areas are periodontology, implantology, and microsurgery. He works under magnification and documents cases with professional clinical photography.

Clinical scope includes regenerative and resective periodontal surgery, gum recession therapy and grafting, vestibuloplasty, and aesthetic periodontal procedures such as gummy-smile correction and lip repositioning. He also performs implant surgery, including sinus lift and hard-tissue augmentation, and provides peri-implantitis care. His practice covers endodontic surgery (apical resection, root hemisection), prosthetics (over-implant, fixed), laminates, and periodontal splints.
