In 2019, Dr. Mustafa achieved Fellowship status with the Royal College of Physicians (UK), marking a significant milestone in his career. His expertise is particularly notable in managing acute medical emergencies, a skill honed during his tenure in the Emergency department at Rashid Hospital, Dubai. Before joining Dubai London Hospital, he worked for nine years at Aster Hospital Mankhool as a specialist in Internal Medicine and the Head of the Emergency department team including 12 emergency doctors and 30 nurses.
His professional interests extend to diverse areas including diabetes, infectious diseases, and haematology. Dr. Mustafa is also deeply committed to medical education. He is a dedicated teacher and mentor for the core medical training program of the Members of the Royal College of Physicians, UK.
