Prof. Dr. Deniz Süha Küçükaksu is a cardiovascular surgeon with over 35 years of experience. He leads the Heart Transplantation and Artificial Heart Center at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.

He introduced mechanical circulatory support and artificial heart programs in Turkey.
