Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saydam Mehmet is a general surgeon at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital (2025–present). His work covers oncologic, endocrine, and metabolic surgery. Dr. Herishanu Yair is a hematologist with 25 years of experience. He specializes in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). He is skilled in bone marrow transplantation, immunotherapy, CAR T-cell therapy, and leukemia chemotherapy.

Dr. Herishanu has received several awards, including the Young Investigator Research Prize, Clinical Excellence Prize, and Klitzberg Oncology Award. He has made important contributions to CLL research. His work includes many published studies and research grants from leading institutions.
