Sejak Januari 1993, Dr. Totaro memegang peran sebagai Koordinator dari Pusat MAP (Pembuahan yang Dibantu Secara Medis) dan Pusat Ultrasonografi Obstetri-Ginekologi di Ospedale Santa Maria di Departemen Maternal dan Anak.
