• Performing routine and major Penile / Urethral Reconstruction as well as Core Urology procedures twice weekly at Victoria and Queen Margaret Hospitals (Green light prostatectomy, Urolift Service lead, Prostate template biopsies, General urology)

Dr. Ayan graduated from Medical School in 1991 and completed his urology education in 1997. At the beginning of his carrier, he was a post doctorate research fellow at the Department of Urology of Harvard Medical School, Children’s Hospital in Boston (1999-2000). He studied the effect of partial ureteral obstruction to the kidney in early developmental stage in an experimental animal fetus model. This study provided a significant contribution to a complicated issue of pediatric urology and was cited many times by its successors. 

He became associate professor of urology in 2004 and was appointed as a professor of urology in 2009. He was accepted as a clinical fellow in Minimal Invasive Urologic Oncology at the Department of Surgery, Section of Urology at the University of Chicago (2014-2015). He worked in an intense oncology program mainly concentrated on robotic surgery of prostate and kidney cancer. Because of this background, he is mainly interested in urologic oncology and pediatric urology. The primary portion of his daily practice consist of kidney cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, neonatal hydronephrosis, ureteropelvic junction obstruction, urine reflux to kidney, hypospadias and undescended testis. 

Because of its prevalence in Turkey, Prof. Ayan has a huge experience with urinary stone disease and he is doing large number of endoscopic and percutaneous surgeries for kidney, ureter and bladder stones. 

Prof. Ayan holds United States Medical License and European Board of Urology Certificate. He is a member of AUA, EAU and Turkish Urologic Surgery and Urologic Oncology Societies.

Dia bekerja sebagai asisten profesor di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pamukkale, Departemen Urologi antara Juni 2009 dan November 2012. Antara Mei 2012 dan November 2012, dia bekerja sebagai fellow dalam bedah robotik dan laparoskopik pada kanker urologi selama 6 bulan di Departemen Urologi "The Netherland Cancer Institute-AVL hospital". Dia mulai bekerja di Rumah Sakit Acıbadem Ankara pada November 2012. Pada September 2014, dia menyelesaikan kualifikasi akademik yang diperlukan dan menerima gelar "Associate Professor". Setelah bekerja di sebuah rumah sakit swasta di Ankara antara 2015-2020, dia melanjutkan pelayanannya di praktik swastanya di Ankara hingga tahun 2020 ketika dia mulai bekerja di Hisar Intercontinental Hospital.

Pada tahun 2015, ia menjadi ketua panitia penyelenggara kursus pertama tentang 'Fluorescence Imaging in Urological Surgery' di bidang urologi di Turki. Pada tahun-tahun berikutnya, ia memimpin banyak kursus urologi dan multidisiplin tentang pencitraan fluoresensi ICG di bawah naungan Asosiasi Urologi. Pada tahun 2017, untuk pertama kalinya di Turki, ia mulai menerapkan Enukleasi Prostat Bipolar pada pembesaran prostat jinak di kliniknya. Kemudian, ia mulai menggunakan pengalamannya yang semakin meningkat dalam operasi seperti HOLEP dan THUFLEP.

Dalam kariernya, Dr. Acar, yang terutama tertarik pada Kanker Urologi, Batu Sistem Kemih, HOLEP, THUFLEP, Endourologi, dan Bedah Urologi Robotic dan Laparoskopik, telah melakukan banyak operasi yang sukses. Dia telah melakukan lebih dari 500 operasi kanker urologi, lebih dari 250 operasi HOLEP, tak terhitung operasi batu endoskopi, dan banyak operasi robotik dan laparoskopik.

Dr. Daniel Leszczyński lulus dari Fakultas Kedokteran di Universitas Medis Warsawa pada tahun 1994. Pada tahun 2002, ia menyelesaikan spesialisasinya di bidang urologi dan memperoleh gelar Fellow of the European Board of Urology.

Dr. Leszczyński memiliki pengalaman bertahun-tahun dalam pembedahan urologi laparoskopik, awalnya sebagai asisten dan kemudian sebagai ahli bedah operasi. Dr. Ismael Avila Iniguez adalah Dokter Bedah Umum dan Urolog yang tersertifikasi. Ia menempuh pelatihan di Universitas Otonomi Guadalajara dan UNAM. Ia telah melakukan lebih dari 3.000 operasi urologi dan onkologi. Dr. Avila turut mendirikan unit transplantasi organ di Baja California dan telah meningkatkan perawatan kanker di wilayah tersebut.

Ia tersertifikasi oleh Dewan Bedah Umum dan Urologi Meksiko. Dr. Avila telah menjabat sebagai Direktur Umum dan dokter bedah aktif di Rumah Sakit Umum Mexicali. Ia adalah anggota Masyarakat Urologi dan Onkologi Meksiko. Ia telah menerima beberapa penghargaan atas karya klinis dan akademisnya.

Dr. Tumay Ipekci is a Urology Specialist and Professor. He practices at Memorial Şişli Hospital. He is also a faculty member at Bahçeşehir University, Faculty of Medicine, Division of Urology. Dr. Ipekci has worked at Başkent University and VM Medical Park Maltepe Hospital.

He has published 64 articles in national and international journals. He has given 36 presentations at scientific congresses. Dr. Ipekci is a member of the European Association of Urology (EAU), Turkish Urological Association, and the Turkish World Transplantation Society. He serves on the editorial boards of Urology Research and Practice and the Mediterranean Medical Journal.

Dr. Nuri Ceydeli adalah seorang ahli ginekologi dan obstetri dengan pengalaman lebih dari 15 tahun. Ia adalah lulusan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Istanbul (1995) dan Fakultas Kedokteran Cerrahpaşa Universitas Istanbul (2002), serta anggota dari Perhimpunan Ginekologi dan Obstetri Turki, Perhimpunan Onkologi Ginekologi Turki, Asosiasi Infeksi Bedah, dan AAGL.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saydam Mehmet is a general surgeon at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital (2025–present). His work covers oncologic, endocrine, and metabolic surgery. He performs laparoscopic surgery, including hernia repair and anti-reflux procedures. He also treats morbid obesity and type 2 diabetes. Sleeve gastrectomy is among his key procedures.

Education: He graduated from the Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Faculty of Medicine (1995–2001). He completed his general surgery residency there (2004–2009). He was a research fellow at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, Ryder Trauma Center (2015–2016).

Experience: He worked as a general surgery specialist at GATA Haydarpaşa, Girne Military, and Mevki Military. He later served as Associate Professor of General Surgery at Dışkapı, Sancaktepe, and Medical Park Gebze. Earlier, he practiced as a general practitioner in military medical services.
