Dr. Patrik Richtr has led the Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Department at Horovice Hospital since 2019. He earned his General Medicine degree from Charles University in Prague. He holds specialist certifications in Plastic Surgery (2010) and Surgery (2002).

He completed advanced training in reconstructive microsurgery and aesthetic procedures at top centers in Madrid, Taiwan, Vienna, and leading Czech hospitals. Dr. Richtr also took part in an experimental research project supported by the Czech Ministry of Health.

He has many years of academic and clinical experience. He has served as an assistant professor at Charles University and has made important contributions to surgical innovation and education.

Dr. Petr Zeithaml specializes in Health Systems Engineering, with a research focus on modeling and simulation of systems and processes related to healthcare, health services, pharmaceutical development, and precision dosing. He earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Manchester in 2014.

Dr. Milan Pastucha is an experienced orthopaedic specialist. He has led the Orthopaedic Department at Horovice Hospital since 2009. Dr. Pastucha works with both adult and paediatric patients. He previously held senior positions at Benesov Hospital and managed the Orthopaedic Outpatient Clinic at Palas Athena in Prague.

Dr. Pastucha graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Comenius University in Bratislava in 1998. He earned his 1st Level Specialist Certification in Orthopaedics in 2001 and completed a postgraduate specialization in 2006. Under his leadership, the Horovice Orthopaedic Department is known for high patient satisfaction and advanced surgical results.

Dr. Leos Teslik is a physician with more than 30 years of experience in oncology, reproductive medicine, and pediatric gynecology. He leads the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Hořovice Hospital. He treats cancers of the labia, uterus, cervix, and ovaries. He also manages cases of polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Dr. Teslik performs advanced procedures such as uterine myoma removal and IVF using donor sperm or eggs. He holds Level I and II certifications in gynecology and obstetrics. He is also specialized in pediatric gynecology. Dr. Teslik serves as vice-chairman of the Czech Society of Gynecology of Children and Adolescents.
