Dr. Hulda Rifat Ozakpinar adalah seorang spesialis dalam Bedah Plastik, Rekonstruktif, dan Estetika. Beliau lulus dari Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Ankara pada tahun 1995. Beliau menyelesaikan spesialisasinya dalam Bedah Plastik, Rekonstruktif, dan Estetika pada tahun 1998.
