Dr. Nuran Burcu ARKALI, who graduated as a medical doctor from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2004, completed her residency training in the Neurology Clinic at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital in 2010 and was appointed as a neurology specialist at Diyarbakır Training and Research Hospital in the same year, participating in the establishment of the neurology clinic, ward, and intensive care unit.

In 2012, she voluntarily participated in EMG training at Kocaeli University Neurology Department, and in 2013, she started working as a neurology specialist in the private sector. She graduated from the electro-physiology master’s program conducted jointly by Istanbul University Çapa and Cerrahpaşa Medical faculties in 2019, and in the same year, she received training in Botulinum toxin application at Bezmialem University Vakıf Gureba Hospital, as well as training in ozone therapy and mesotherapy from the Ministry of Health and neural therapy.

Prof. Dr. Şebnem İzmir Güner was born in 1970 in Istanbul and took her first steps in her medical career at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. Successfully completing her undergraduate and medical education here between 1987-1993, Güner received her internal medicine specialty training at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine from 1995 to 2000. Deepening her interest in hematology, Prof. Dr. Güner completed her hematology subspecialty training at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine again between 2003-2006, solidifying her expertise in this field.
Prof. Dr. Güner’s professional journey began as an internal medicine specialist at Istanbul Education and Research Hospital from 2000 to 2003. She established the Hematology Clinic at the same hospital from 2006 to 2010 and served as the responsible physician. Here, she developed innovative approaches in the treatment of patients and made significant contributions to the field of hematology. From 2010 to 2016, she established the Hematology Clinic, Therapeutic Apheresis, and Adult Bone Marrow Transplantation Center at Medicalpark Bahçelievler Hospital and served as the responsible physician. During this period, she conducted studies that set national and international standards in the field of hematology.
Between 2016-2018, Prof. Dr. Güner took on similar roles at Şişli Kolon International Hospital, where she was also the founder and responsible physician of the Hematology Clinic, Therapeutic Apheresis, and Adult Bone Marrow Transplantation Center. Güner, who became an associate professor in 2017, obtained her professorship title in 2023. Between 2019-2024, she worked at Memorial Şişli Hospital in the Hematology Clinic, Therapeutic Apheresis, and Adult Bone Marrow Transplantation Center.
Prof. Dr. Şebnem İzmir Güner is recognized for her scientific contributions, with over 19 articles published in international peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, she has over 18 articles published in national peer-reviewed journals and 51 presentations at national scientific meetings that have been published in proceedings books. She has also made a name for herself in the academic world with over 18 presentations at meetings and published in proceedings books. Güner, who has held positions on the boards of domestic hematology associations and has active memberships, has crowned her success with more than three awards given at universities and conferences.
Prof. Dr. Şebnem İzmir Güner, who speaks English and German, is also recognized as an educator. In this capacity, she has contributed to the training of young doctors in the field of hematology, providing education to research assistant doctors and students.
Prof. Dr. Şebnem İzmir Güner has established a respected place in the field of hematology with her achievements and scientific contributions throughout her professional life, continuing her career as a physician who inspires her patients and colleagues.

Dr. Mehmet Saygı is a board-certified cardiologist. He specializes in coronary artery disease, heart failure, heart valve diseases, hypertension, and arrhythmias. He earned his medical degree from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2013. He completed his cardiology training at Siyami Ersek Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital in 2019.

Dr. Saygı has performed more than 2,500 coronary angiographies. He has also completed over 300 stent and balloon procedures. He is skilled in advanced diagnostics such as transesophageal echocardiography and Holter monitoring. Dr. Saygı has worked at Ankara University, Dr. Siyami Ersek Hospital, and Düzce Atatürk State Hospital.

Dr. Zuhal Tanzer is a specialist in Internal Diseases. She is known for her skill in diagnosing and treating complex medical conditions. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ramazan GÖZÜKÜÇÜK was born in 1973. He graduated from Çukurova University, Faculty of Medicine in 1996.

He completed his residency training at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2001.

He obtained his Competency Certificates in Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology in 2009 and 2012.

He has participated in 22 congresses domestically and 15 congresses internationally, with 15 published papers.

Dr. Fulya Gokdagli Sigir is an OB/GYN focused on reproductive medicine. She earned her MD from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa in 2006. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Istanbul Medeniyet University from 2007 to 2013. During her training, she also completed an observership in perinatology at Frankfurt Bürger Hospital.

From 2013 to 2014, she fulfilled compulsory service at Batman Sason State Hospital. She then served as an Assistant Professor at Medipol Mega University Hospital from 2014 to 2017. Her work focused on obstetrics and gynecologic oncology.

She obtained certification in Assisted Reproductive Treatment Practices in 2017 at Memorial Şişli IVF Center. She then worked for about three years as an IVF specialist. At Kolan International Hospital – Şişli IVF Center, she worked from 2021 to 2025. She served as Responsible Physician from 2023 to 2025. She has been an Assistant Professor at Galata University since 2021. Her interests include IVF, IUI, reproductive endocrinology, endometriosis and adenomyosis, and laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery.

Op. Dr. Faruk Eroğlu is an experienced ophthalmologist. He focuses on retinal diseases, cataract surgery, refractive surgery, and excimer laser therapy. He graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine and completed his specialty training there.

Dr. Eroğlu has performed over 10,000 Argon laser procedures, more than 5,000 excimer laser treatments, and over 1,000 cataract surgeries. He is known for his skill in treating diabetes-related eye conditions and using intraocular lens implants.

He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Since 2005, he has worked at the Hisar Hospital Intercontinental Eye Health and Diseases Department.

Dr. Orhan Babucçu is a highly experienced plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgeon with over 20 years of experience. He is especially skilled in tummy tucks, revision rhinoplasty, breast surgery, body contouring, genital aesthetic, chronic wound treatment, skin cancer and nose jobs. He is a member of several professional organizations and has completed training in microsurgery and medical specialization in Turkey and the US.

Dr. Orhan Fahri Demir adalah spesialis dalam Bedah Estetika, Plastik, dan Rekonstruksi. Saat ini, ia bekerja di Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital. Sebelumnya, ia adalah seorang ahli bedah plastik di İSÜ Bahçeşehir Liv Hospital dari 2023 hingga 2025 dan di Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital dari 2021 hingga 2023. During this period, she participated in numerous national and international congresses and completed many treatments related to fixed treatments, lingual therapy, orthognathic surgery preparation, Invisalign treatments, myobrace treatments, Roth techniques, anchorage systems with mini screws, cleft lip and palate, and management of impacted teeth.
