Prof. Dr. Mert Yilmaz is a board-certified cardiovascular surgeon with more than 30 years of experience. He specializes in both adult and pediatric cardiac surgery. He graduated from Istanbul University in 1988. He completed his residency at Uludag University and received further training at the Royal South Hants Hospital in the UK.

Dr. Yilmaz was among the first in Turkey to perform endovascular repair of abdominal aneurysms. He completed the country’s second case. He has led cardiovascular surgery departments at leading hospitals. He now heads the department at Kadıköy Florence Nightingale Hospital. He is also a full professor at Halic University and an international member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (USA).

Dr. Yilmaz has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles, including 7 first-in-literature reports. He holds accreditations from the European Association of Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Dr. Ibrahim Sari is a Professor of Cardiology at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital in Istanbul. He has worked as a cardiology specialist at top institutions such as Marmara University and Gaziantep University. Dr. Sari completed his cardiology fellowship at the University of Virginia. He also holds a European Heart Failure Diploma from the University of Zurich.

He has published 162 international and 51 national scientific papers. Dr. Sari has given 130 presentations at congresses and has contributed to more than 10 multicenter international studies. His work has received 3,870 international citations. He has also written or translated 7 book chapters. Dr. Sari is a member of the Turkish and European Societies of Cardiology. He has played key roles in over 100 scientific congresses and training events.

Dr. Ali Bakan is a nephrology specialist at Memorial Göztepe Hospital in Istanbul (2025–present). He has practiced nephrology since 1999 and has over 25 years of experience. He worked at Yeditepe University Koşuyolu Hospital from 2020 to 2025 and at Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital in 2020. He also served at Kanuni Training and Research Hospital from 2014 to 2020. Earlier roles were at Çarşamba State Hospital, Seyfi Demirsoy State Hospital, Private Atasam Hospital, and Çorum Alaca State Hospital.

Accreditations include an Associate Professorship at Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital in 2020. Dr. Ayhan Levent is an internal medicine specialist and assistant professor at NP Istanbul Brain Hospital. He has worked there since 2020. He graduated from the Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 2011. In 2013, he passed the Medical Specialization Examination and began his internal medicine residency at Haseki Training and Research Hospital.
