He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Necmettin Erbakan University in 2015. He completed training in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery at Manisa Celal Bayar University in 2022. His experience includes Şırnak İdil Community Health Center (2015–2016), Manisa Celal Bayar University Hasta Sultan Hospital (2017–2022), Bayburt State Hospital (2022–2023), a private clinic (2024–2025), and Private Pendik Yüzyıl Hospital (2025). Dr. Hakan Bulam is a board-certified plastic surgeon. He is known internationally for his skills in rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, tummy tuck, butt lift, and hair transplantation. He holds a qualification diploma from the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association. Dr. Bulam is also a member of ISAPS.

He has written over 40 scientific articles and book chapters. He has also given many oral presentations at international meetings. Dr. Bulam earned his M.D. at Hacettepe University and completed his residency at Gazi University. He holds the FEBOPRAS certification and is authorized for International Health Tourism (2022).

Dr. Burak Pasinlioğlu is a board-certified plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeon. He holds the Fellow of the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS) title. He earned this after passing the EBOPRAS exams in Brussels (2019) and İzmir (2020).

He has a professional qualification certificate from the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association. Dr. Pasinlioğlu is also a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). He has contributed to academic literature by translating four Turkish plastic surgery books and writing chapters in two plastic surgery books.

His clinical expertise includes rhinoplasty, breast and facial aesthetics, body contouring, minimally invasive procedures, breast reconstruction, and microsurgery. He has performed hundreds of surgeries during his training.
