About me

I graduated from Izmir Dokuz Eylul University with the orthopedics branch. After I graduated, I carried out some

studies focusing on especially on

joint and cartilage surgery and stem cells. In this, I worked with many professional and amateur sport clubs. Also,

I worked on joint replacement surgery

for further aged people. Approximately, I achieved 10 thousand people who took knee and hip replacement

surgery from me. I attended to many international conferences about joint and cartilage surgery. Now I start

Ortocare Clinic for orthopedics and health center. In here, I treat my patients using the most advanced

technologies in the world, such as foot health centers, electromagnetic therapy, cryocabin therapy, backup

therapy and stem cell therapy. In our clinic, I continue to my work on non-surgical treatments, especially antiaging

treatment, and to eliminate pain problems in patients. On top of that, I also carry out some post-operative

rehabilitation and medical plates exercises.

Dr. Selman Dogan is an experienced orthopedic surgeon. He specializes in hip and shoulder replacement, sports injuries, spinal surgery, and trauma surgery for both lower and upper limbs. He is well known for treating knee ligament and tendon injuries, including meniscus and ACL repairs.

Dr. Dogan graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic residency at Istanbul Umraniye Training and Research Hospital. Prof. Dr. Gürsel Saka is an orthopedic and traumatology specialist who completed medical education from Karadeniz Technical University and a specialty education from the University of Health Sciences, Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Azmi Hamzaoglu is a leading spine surgeon with 36 years of experience in orthopedics and traumatology. He founded the Istanbul Scoliosis and Spine Center, the first facility in Turkey focused on spine surgery.

Dr. Hamzaoglu has performed thousands of complex surgeries, such as discectomy, kyphoplasty, scoliosis correction, and anterior cervical discectomy and fusion. He is known for developing new surgical techniques and has played a key role in improving spine care in Turkey.

Dr. Cengiz Sen is an Orthopedics and Traumatology specialist. He has expertise in revision arthroplasty, degenerative joint disease, congenital limb deformities, and pediatric orthopedic disorders. Dr. Sen is skilled in limb lengthening, pseudoarthrosis surgery, and managing periprosthetic infections. He is also a pioneer in using stem cell therapy for orthopedic conditions.

Dr. Sen has published many articles, especially on total knee replacement and infected nonunion. He is a professor at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. He has received the AOTT Oral Presentation Award for his academic and clinical achievements.
