Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şeref Başal lahir pada tahun 1971 di Kırıkkale dan menyelesaikan
pendidikan dasar dan menengahnya di Kırıkkale. Pada tahun 1984, ia masuk
Sekolah Menengah Militer Maltepe dan lulus pada tahun 1988. Ia melanjutkan
pendidikan kedokterannya di Fakultas Kedokteran Militer GATA antara tahun 1988-1994
dan lulus pada tahun 1994.
Setelah wisuda, ia menyelesaikan magangnya di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan GATA pada tahun 1994-1995. Ia
bertugas sebagai kepala dokter infirmeri di Komando Regional Gendarmerie Siirt pada tahun 1995-1996 dan di Komando Regional Gendarmerie Batman
pada tahun 1996-1997. Antara November 2010 dan November 2011, ia
bekerja sebagai fellow klinis di Uro-onkologi dan menerima pelatihan bedah robotik urologi di Pusat Kanker Universitas Colombia di New York, Amerika Serikat. Pada bulan Oktober 2011, ia menyelesaikan
pelatihannya di Pusat Pelatihan daVinci di Hackensack University Medical Center di Amerika Serikat dan
menerima sertifikat "Console Surgeon" dalam bedah robotik.
Pada tahun 2013, ia diangkat sebagai Associate Professor di Klinik Urologi Rumah Sakit Pendidikan GATA Haydarpaşa Istanbul
dan antara September 2016 dan Oktober 2017, ia melanjutkan tugas ini di Klinik Urologi Rumah Sakit Pendidikan dan Penelitian SBU Sultan
Abdülhamit Han dan bekerja sebagai anggota fakultas dosen di Departemen Urologi SBU. Antara Oktober 2017 dan Desember 2018, ia menjabat sebagai
officer pendidikan di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan dan Penelitian SBU Haseki.
Pada bulan Juli 2021, ia pensiun sebagai Associate Professor di Departemen Urologi SBU. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şeref
Başal, yang telah melatih banyak ahli dan akademisi di bidang urologi, memiliki banyak artikel di
jurnal nasional dan internasional di bidangnya, memiliki pengalaman bedah lanjutan di bidangnya, telah
melakukan banyak operasi terkait subjeknya, telah menyelenggarakan kursus tentang subjek ini dan telah
berpartisipasi dalam banyak kursus sebagai instruktur.

In his professional career, Dr. Sarıer began working as a urology specialist at Özel Antalya Yaşam Hospital from 2005 to 2008, and then served at Gümüşsuyu Asker Hospital between 2008 and 2009. Semua program dirancang berdasarkan standar medis internasional dan rekomendasi. Masing-masing program berisi minimum pemeriksaan yang diperlukan untuk pria dan wanita pada usia tertentu. Program-program ini mencakup tes laboratorium paling penting, pemeriksaan radiologi, dan konsultasi dokter.

Dr. Yigit Changa is an Associate Professor of Cardiology. He received advanced training at Dr. Siyami Ersek Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital. He became a cardiology specialist in 2016 and completed his residency in 2010. Dr. Changa is a member of the Turkish Society of Cardiology and the Turkish Medical Association.
