Dr. Baha Zengel is a general surgeon with expertise in breast, gallbladder, thyroid diseases, and hernia repairs. He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1990. Dr. Felix Dobritoiu is a thoracic surgeon at Ponderas Academic Hospital. He specializes in minimally invasive and robotic procedures for adults and children. He performs robotic thoracic surgery with the da Vinci Xi system. He also uses video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS), including uniportal VATS. These methods use small incisions for faster recovery.

He is the first gynaecologist worldwide accredited by SERGS to operate on two robotic platforms. He is among the few who perform complex minimally invasive procedures, including surgery for endometriosis and fertility-sparing surgery for young cancer patients.

His expertise includes the surgical treatment of benign and malignant gynaecological conditions. He is experienced in advanced laparoscopic surgery and uses innovative techniques published internationally.

Dr. Irfan Cicin is a Professor of Medical Oncology at the Trakya University Faculty of Medicine (2015–present). He has over 20 years of medical oncology experience and has held academic roles since 2010.
