Prof. Dr. Yasef began his medical education at Istanbul University in 1973 and graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1979. He started his specialization in neurology at the same university in 1980 and became a neurologist in 1985. During his specialty training, he spent 6 months at Hacettepe University in the Neurology Department in Ankara.

After becoming a neurologist, he completed 3.5 years of obligatory government service, spending the first 1.5 years at the Iskenderun Navy Hospital and the next 2 years at Diyarbakır Social Security Hospital. He returned to Istanbul University in 1989.

Prof. Dr. Yasef worked abroad in the United States from 1990 - 1991, focusing on dementia and behavioral neurology.

In 1994, he became an Associate Professor and continued working at Istanbul University until 1999. Between 1999 - 2002, he worked at Florence Nightingale Hospital, and then at Kozyatağı Acıbadem Hospital from 2004 to 2013.

Since 2013, he has been a valuable part of the team at Florence Nightingale Hospital.

Dr. Pongwat Polpong adalah seorang ahli bedah saraf terkemuka dan spesialis dalam kedokteran regeneratif di Thailand. Dr. Mustafa Yavuz Samanci is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at Medipol Acıbadem District Hospital in Istanbul. He has specialized training in stereotactic, functional, and pediatric neurosurgery. Dr. Samanci completed a clinical fellowship in Gamma Knife Radiosurgery. He has also finished advanced programs in spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation. Prof. Dr. med. univ. Wilfried Lang is an Austrian neurologist. Since 2002, he has led the Department of Neurology, Neurological Rehabilitation, and Acute Geriatrics at the Hospital of the Brothers of Mercy in Vienna. His clinical and research work focuses on stroke prevention, acute treatment, and rehabilitation.

He studied medicine at the University of Ulm from 1977 to 1983. He then completed specialist training in neurology and psychiatry in Vienna. His early research examined motor function and memory in the cerebral cortex.

He helped to establish Austria’s stroke registry. He has held leadership roles in the Austrian Stroke Society. He is also Professor of Neurology at Sigmund Freud Private University in Vienna.

He worked at Dokuz Eylül University and Muş State Hospital from 2019 to 2021. He has practiced at Atlas University Hospital since 2021.

He delivered an oral presentation at the 33rd Turkish Neurosurgical Society Congress in 2019.

He is a member of the Turkish Neurosurgical Society, the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies, and the Istanbul Chamber of Medicine. His advanced training includes spinal surgery courses in 2016 and 2017, the European Training Course on Head Injury and Functional Neurosurgery in 2017, and Surgical Neuroanatomy in 2017. He also holds an animal experimentation certificate from 2016.

Dr. Turgay Abay is an experienced neurologist with a strong background in adult and pediatric neurology. He has more than 10 years of experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of neurological conditions.

He completed specialist training in neurology at Gaziantep University (2008–2013). The university is a well-established Turkish institution known for high academic standards and clinical excellence. He then practiced at Siirt State Hospital (2013–2014), treating a broad range of neurological disorders in a public hospital.
