Assoc. Prof. Elif Evrim EKIN completed her education at Ege University Faculty of Medicine between and obtained the title of Medical Doctor. In 2003 she received her Radiology specialization from Izmir Bozyaka Training and Research Hospital, and also spent a year at the Ege University Department of Radiology. After obtaining her Radiology specialization, she worked at Bozüyük State Hospital and Private Eskişehir Sakarya Hospital from 2003 to 2014. Since 2014 she has worked at Istanbul Taksim Gaziosmanpaşa Training and Research Hospital for 10 years, where she obtained the title of Associate Professor in 2019, serving as the Education Coordinator and Administrative Responsible in the Radiology Education Clinic. She has published research articles in international SCI and SCI-E journals and has numerous national and international oral presentations and journal peer reviews. In 2020, she successfully completed the ‘Fundamentals of Good Clinical Practice’ training. Her special interests are musculoskeletal radiology and breast imaging.

Prof. Haim Matskin is a renowned specialist in onco-urology, urology, and surgery, and heads the Urology Department at Sourasky Medical Center. He is an expert in brachytherapy and cryotherapy and is a full-fledged member of the Medical Association of Israel and the Association of urologists of Europe, the US, and Israel.

Dr. Arye Blachar is a diagnostic radiologist with expertise in abdominal imaging, hepatic perfusion imaging, CT colonography, and body MR imaging. He focuses on imaging studies of the abdominal and pelvic organs. He has a special interest in diagnosing cancers of the liver, lung, prostate, stomach, adrenal glands, breast, and esophagus, as well as peritoneal mesothelioma.

Dr. Blachar has been recognized as one of the best teachers at Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine. Forbes Israel named him one of the country's top physicians in 2021. Thanks to the professor and his team, the department has been modernised by introducing modern surgical methods of treatment and especially improved methods of post-operative recovery. The Department of Surgery at the Solingen Clinic is now further expanding its focus on minimally invasive surgery in the direction of robotics. The clinic has allocated a huge budget for the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment in order to offer patients a full range of surgical methods for the treatment of benign and malignant diseases of the oesophagus, lungs, stomach, liver, pancreas and intestines according to current guidelines and using the most modern technical equipment.

Professor Schenker is an active researcher and lecturer. He lectures at medical universities and organises seminars and workshops for colleagues. He cooperates closely with the Cancer Centre, the Pancreatic Cancer Treatment Centre, the Intestinal Cancer Treatment Centre and the Interregional Trauma Centre.

He is an expert in cardiac arrhythmia, pacemaker implantation, internal defibrillators and catheter ablation; and he conducts diagnostic electrophysiological studies.

He also carries out extensive teaching work as a Senior Lecturer of the Medicine Department of the Malaga University, where he teaches the subject Diseases of the Circulatory and Respiratory Systems to fourth-year medical students.

He is the author of over 100 scientific publications in influential journals. At the same time, he has contributed to the preparation of clinical practice guides and is the author of 23 books and chapters of scientific titles in the speciality.
