I was born in Fier city of Albania in 1982. I finished primary and secondary education in Albania. I completed my university education in 2006 at Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry in Ankara. I know Albanian, English and Italian languages. I worked as a founding physician in the Alpi Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic in Istanbul between 2008 and 2016. I have been working as a founding physician in My Nova Oral and Dental Health Police in İzmir since February of 2016. I am married and have two children.

Untuk memastikan pendekatan holistik dalam perawatan pasien, Dr. Pera menjalani beberapa rotasi antara 2016 dan 2019. Pada Maret 2023, Dr. Pera mengambil langkah signifikan dalam kariernya dengan mendirikan Hospitaprime di Istanbul, sebuah klinik gigi modern yang menawarkan berbagai layanan kedokteran gigi. Dr. Miller Vieira Paula adalah seorang implantolog dan ahli pembuatan keramik gigi yang bersertifikasi internasional.
