Dr. Halil Can is a Professor of Neurosurgery (2025; Associate Professor 2020). He completed neurosurgical training at Istanbul University–Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2007. His clinical focus includes endoscopic and microsurgical spine surgery for fractures, tumors, and degenerative disease; advanced pain procedures; endoscopic skull base and pituitary surgery; and neurovascular, neuro-oncologic, and peripheral nerve surgery.

He has 21 international peer-reviewed papers (SCI/SSCI). Topics include cadaveric morphometry of Kambin’s triangle and the transforaminal triangular working zone, lumbar arterial and anterior approach anatomy, and an in vitro test of a new lumbar fixation device.

His clinical studies include a single-team series of 81 posterior circulation aneurysms, with 13 flow-diversion cases. He also reported five spinal cavernous malformation cases. He conducted Phase I safety and feasibility stem-cell trials in pediatric hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and in chronic complete spinal cord injury.

Dr. Ali Osman Mucuoglu is a neurosurgeon. He completed his neurosurgery residency at Dokuz Eylül University from 2013 to 2019 after graduating from Eskişehir Osmangazi University in 2012 (2005–2012). He worked at Dokuz Eylül University and Muş State Hospital from 2019 to 2021. He has practiced at Atlas University Hospital since 2021.

He has five publications. These include a case report in the International Journal of Surgery Case Reports that has been cited seven times. He also reported on 3D printer‑assisted transsphenoidal hypophysectomy and on emergency minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) surgery. He delivered an oral presentation at the 33rd Turkish Neurosurgical Society Congress in 2019.

He is a member of the Turkish Neurosurgical Society, the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies, and the Istanbul Chamber of Medicine. His advanced training includes spinal surgery courses in 2016 and 2017, the European Training Course on Head Injury and Functional Neurosurgery in 2017, and Surgical Neuroanatomy in 2017. He also holds an animal experimentation certificate from 2016.

Dr. Alper Karaoglan is a Professor of Neurosurgery at Memorial Bodrum Hospital. He has many years of experience in neurosurgery. He worked at Maltepe University Faculty of Medicine and Taksim Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul. Since 2008, he has held the positions of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor in neurosurgery.

Dr. Karaoglan is a member of the Turkish Medical Association and the Turkish Neurosurgical Society. He has received several awards. Professor Raanan Berger, MD PhD, is a medical oncologist and radiotherapist. He is Director of the Cancer Center at Sheba Medical Center and heads its clinical research unit. He was listed in Forbes Israel’s “Best Doctors” (2025). He leads the genitourinary oncology program with a focus on prostate cancer. His care includes systemic therapy and radiotherapy in a multidisciplinary, patient-centered model.

He is board-certified in oncology. He earned his MD and PhD at Tel Aviv University and completed his clinical training at Sheba. He then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Dana-Farber/Harvard, focusing on prostate cancer with Dr. Philip Kantoff and molecular oncology in Dr. William C. Hahn’s lab. He is a member of ESMO and ASCO. He has co-authored more than 20 peer-reviewed papers, including studies on outcomes in high- versus very high-risk prostate cancer and on BRCA1/2 in large cohorts.

Professor Jair Bar, MD, PhD, is a thoracic oncologist and Deputy Director of the Cancer Center at Sheba Medical Center. He leads the Thoracic Oncology Unit. He treats lung cancer, including advanced non-small cell cases. His care includes medical oncology, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.

He runs a translational research lab focused on resistance to immunotherapy. He has published on exhaled-breath cancer metabolism and on angiogenesis inhibition in lung cancer.

He has chaired the Israel Lung Cancer Group since 2003. He is a member of the Israel Society of Clinical Oncology and Radiotherapy, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American Association for Cancer Research. Dr. Mustafa Kilic is a skilled neurosurgeon with expertise in neuromodulation. He performs Deep Brain Stimulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation, and Sacral Nerve Stimulation. Dr. Kilic manages all stages of patient care, from preoperative evaluation to postoperative follow-up. He focuses on achieving the best possible outcomes for his patients.

Dr. Kilic is an Associate Professor at Istinye University. He is active in neurosurgery research and education. As a member of the Turkish Neurosurgical Society, he has completed many advanced neuromodulation procedures. Dr. Lechanoine is a highly accomplished neurosurgeon with extensive international experience, currently serving as a senior consultant at Maria Cecilia Hospital in Italy. Dr. Lechanoine’s education is equally impressive. He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Caen, France, in 2012 and specialized in neurosurgery at the University of Tours under the guidance of renowned professors Stéphane Velut and Patrick François. His specialization focused on innovative endoscopic treatments for intracranial arachnoid cysts in children. Throughout his career, Dr. Lechanoine has pursued numerous advanced training courses, earning prestigious certifications, including the Diploma of the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies (EANS) and the European Diploma of Spine Surgery (Eurospine).
