Lahir dan dibesarkan di Turki, Dr. Pera menempuh pendidikan di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hacettepe yang sangat terkenal dari 2008 hingga 2013, di mana ia memulai perjalanannya untuk menjadi dokter gigi.
