Meet our fitness coach, Netta, whose passion for fitness, deep health, and helping others is truly inspiring. Netta's journey into fitness began at age 7 when she started playing football, and her love for staying active has only grown since. Throughout her life, she has explored a variety of sports, including pole sport, CrossFit, and martial arts. In her teens, she discovered a love for strength training that has remained a cornerstone of her routine. Eventually, Netta competed in bodybuilding, where she learned the life-changing impact of dedicated training, nutrition, and mindset. However, this experience also highlighted the detrimental effects of extreme fitness approaches. Today, Netta's interests have expanded to include calisthenics and handstands, continuously challenging herself and her clients with new forms of movement. As a coach, she leverages her extensive knowledge and compassion to help others achieve their fitness goals sustainably. She emphasizes lifelong habits that promote health and wellbeing, empowering individuals to celebrate their unique abilities and bodies. Netta is a certified personal trainer, women's coaching specialist, movement and mobility coach, and nutrition coach. She offers private sessions at the resort, and personalized 1:1 online coaching and training plans to support your fitness journey beyond the retreat. 

Dr. Hong Su-Jin is a family medicine physician. She earned her M.D. from Soonchunhyang University College of Medicine in Korea. She completed her family medicine residency at The Catholic University Medical Center in Seoul. She is a member of the Korean Family Medicine Association. She also practices functional medicine.

Accreditations and memberships include the Institute of Functional Medicine (General Member) and Functional Medicine University (General Member). She also holds the National Cancer Center Hospice Course Certification, Tongsa Research Center Pain Treatment Certification, NLP Master Practitioner, and Ericsson Hypnosis Master Practitioner.

Dr. Kim Seok Jun graduated from Kyung Hee University College of Medicine. He focuses on aesthetic and anti-aging care. He practices at Gangnam Dawoom Clinic and provides personalized care.

He previously served as Director of two 365 Dawoom Clinic branches in Wangsimni and Paju. Patient reviews note his precise diagnosis and gentle technique with Botox and fillers, with high satisfaction.

He is an active member of six professional societies. These include the Korean Academy of Aesthetic Surgery and Laser Medicine; the Korean Society for Laser, Dermatology & Trichology; the Korean Lifting Research Society; the Korean Academy of Filler; the Korean Society for the Study of Obesity; and the Korean Society for Stem Cell Research.
