Sebelum mendirikan Hospitaprime, Dr. Pera bekerja sebagai Dokter Bedah Mulut dan Maksilofasial di Rumah Sakit Koru yang bergengsi di Ankara dari Mei 2021 hingga Juli 2022. Tak lama kemudian, ia bergabung dengan Rumah Sakit Memorial di Istanbul pada September 2022, di mana ia terus berpraktek.

Pada Maret 2023, Dr. Pera mengambil langkah signifikan dalam kariernya dengan mendirikan Hospitaprime di Istanbul, sebuah klinik gigi modern yang menawarkan berbagai layanan kedokteran gigi. Dr. Tugce Gurbuzturk is a Dentist and Orthodontist. She is the founder of Hospitaprime in Istanbul. She focuses on advanced orthodontic treatments, such as orthognathic surgery and Invisalign. Dr. Gurbuzturk is known for achieving high success rates in complex dental cases.

She earned her dental degree from Hacettepe University (2016–2021). She then completed advanced orthodontic training at Okan University. Dr. Gurbuzturk is recognized for her expertise and dedication to evidence-based care. She provides dental services at Hospitaprime and Liv Hospital.

Dentist Halime Ulukaya graduaded from Ege University Faculty of Dentistry in 2005. She took English lessons for her preparatory year in Ege University in 1999. She opened her own clinic in Antalya in 2005 and continued there until 2022. She took many various branches of dentistry educations on Esthetic Dentistry, Laminate Dental Veneers , Dental İmplant Surgery and Prosthesis,  Digital Smile Design. Now, she is working her own oral and health center which name is HB Dental Clinic.

In 2001, she received a diploma from the Medical Academy in Warsaw, and 5 years later she defended her doctorate at the Medical Academy in Lublin.

Co-author of 10 scientific papers and many reports at congresses, including those devoted to orthodontics.

She is an orthodontist. She graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Jagiellonian University Medical College. She expanded her knowledge during her doctoral studies at the Jagiellonian University, defending her doctoral dissertation in the field of prosthetic orthodontics. 

She has participated in many specialized courses and conferences in Poland and abroad, including as a translator. She has taken part in many humanitarian missions as a volunteer dentist. She is a member of orthodontic societies in Poland, Europe and the USA, as well as a member of the World Federation of Orthodontists.
