Dr. Kim Young Eun is a board-certified surgeon. He graduated from Yonsei University's School of Medicine. He is the head professor of the Plastic Surgery Class at SoonChunHyang University. He leads both academic and clinical training in this role.

Dr. Kim has held several important positions in the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (KSPRS). His roles include chairman, auditor, training director, finance director, and executive director. He is also active in the Korean Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.
