Lahir dan dibesarkan di Turki, Dr. Pera menempuh pendidikan di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Hacettepe yang sangat terkenal dari 2008 hingga 2013, di mana ia memulai perjalanannya untuk menjadi dokter gigi. Kegemarannya di bidang ini membawanya untuk lebih mendalami Spesialisasi Bedah Mulut dan Maksilofasial, sebuah bidang yang ia pelajari secara mendalam di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Ankara dari 2016 hingga 2021.

Untuk memastikan pendekatan holistik dalam perawatan pasien, Dr. Pera menjalani beberapa rotasi antara 2016 dan 2019. Since 2008, he has performed approximately 35,000 implant cases. In 2020, he became the co-founder of Avangart Clinic.
