Prof. Dr. Serdar Bedii Omay adalah seorang ahli hematologi yang dihormati. Beliau berspesialisasi dalam Hematologi dan Transplantasi Sumsum Tulang. Ia pernah menjabat sebagai profesor di Universitas Ege dan Universitas Teknik Karadeniz. Ia juga bekerja sebagai Spesialis Hematologi dan Dokter Hematologi Molekuler di Jepang.
