Sebelum mendirikan Hospitaprime, Dr. Pera bekerja sebagai Dokter Bedah Mulut dan Maksilofasial di Rumah Sakit Koru yang bergengsi di Ankara dari Mei 2021 hingga Juli 2022. Tak lama kemudian, ia bergabung dengan Rumah Sakit Memorial di Istanbul pada September 2022, di mana ia terus berpraktek.

Pada Maret 2023, Dr. Pera mengambil langkah signifikan dalam kariernya dengan mendirikan Hospitaprime di Istanbul, sebuah klinik gigi modern yang menawarkan berbagai layanan kedokteran gigi. Dr. Miller Vieira Paula adalah seorang implantolog dan ahli pembuatan keramik gigi yang bersertifikasi internasional. She was born in 1983 in Albania. After completing her primary, secondary and high school education in Albania, her graduated from Istanbul University, Çapa Faculty of Dentistry in 2002-2007. Spesialis perawatan gigi tiruan Maryam FAZELI menyelesaikan pendidikan dasar, menengah, dan atas di Iran. Pada tahun 2011, ia memulai pendidikan kedokteran gigi sebagai mahasiswa di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Ege dan berhasil lulus pada tahun 2016.
