Dr. med. Andrea Parafioriti is a specialist in Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He has performed over 900 surgeries. He trained for two years at the Di Ivo Pitanguy School of Plastic Surgery. He also specialized in minimally invasive gluteoplasty techniques in France with Dr. Francois Petit.

Dr. Parafioriti has taught future surgeons as a trainer in Palermo, Italy. He is known for his work with advanced protocols using mesenchymal stem cells in surgery and regenerative medicine. His focus on innovation and high standards sets him apart in his field.

Dr. Rocco Cerra is a specialist in plastic, reconstructive, and oncological surgery. He has over 35 years of experience. From 1993 to 2019, he worked as Dirigente Primo Livello at the Istituto Nazionale Tumori “Fondazione G. Pascale” in Naples. During this time, he performed more than 15,000 surgeries in public healthcare and over 2,700 in international and private settings. His main areas of expertise are breast reconstruction after mastectomy, microvascular surgery, and tissue regeneration.

Dr. Cerra is now the Scientific Director of SGBG Suisse General Biomedical Group SA. He oversees centers in Switzerland, Italy, and Dubai, and leads research in regenerative medicine. He has managed international projects on stem cell therapy and medical devices for body contouring. Dr. Cerra has written over 60 scientific publications and has presented at 84 national and international congresses. I was born in Naples, born in 1981, and I have the best job in the world. Imagine waking up every morning and knowing that on that day you will make someone's dream come true: you will change a man's life forever, you will give birth to a new woman, you will help a girl achieve happiness, a boy gain self-confidence. I am Silvio Ascione, specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. Son of art, from my father, a great man and great plastic surgeon, I learned the complex and enchanting magic of aesthetic plastic surgery. Nourished by art and medical knowledge, I grew up in operating theatres, always behind my father's back who, like the best of masters, passed on to me, a young disciple, the passion for a profession in which art combines to science to create masterpieces. Graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 2005 from the Second University of Naples, qualified in the first session of 2006 and specialized in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the School of Specialization of the Second University of Naples directed by Prof. Francesco D'Andrea, I am enrolled in the 'Order of Surgeons of Benevento and I obtained a Master's degree in Oncoplastic Surgery and integrated treatments at the University of Genoa.

My experience in the surgical room, however, began much earlier, and it was an intense, very hard journey, characterized by total dedication, constant updating, continuous training: initially internal at the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery of the S.U.N., I frequented then the Department of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of the Mediterranean Clinic of Naples affiliated with the “Tor Vergata” University of Rome, the A.O.R.N. Major Burns Center Department, directed by Prof. Roberto D'Alessio, the Trauma Center Department of Prof. Antonio Martin.

I regularly participate in all the main national and international Plastic Surgery conferences to stay constantly updated on the technological innovations offered by the market, the cutting-edge products and instruments to be used for my treatments, the new research and the most recent studies in the field of plastic and aesthetic surgery.

I studied and carried out in-depth internships at universities and hospital centers in Spain, France and North America, gaining extraordinary experience on the most advanced surgical techniques, in particular on facial and breast rejuvenation.

Dr Rivera obtained his Degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Seville and continued his academic training until he completed a University Master in Tissue Engineering at the Histology Department of the University of Granada and later obtained the speciality in Plastic, Repair and Cosmetic Surgery at the Virgen de las Nieves (Granada) University Hospital.

Dr Rivera has developed extensive experience in the area of surgery, where he has been in practice for over ten years. Always at the forefront of new technologies applied to surgical techniques, he is a habitual participant in specialist scientific forums as well as national and international conventions.

Op. Dr. Kadri Akıncı is a plastic surgeon based in Antalya. He specializes in facial aesthetics, rhinoplasty, breast aesthetics, and body contouring.

He graduated from Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in 2013. He completed his specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Başkent University in 2021.

In 2022, he was selected for the Turkish Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (EPCD) fellowship. He completed the program that year. He passed the EBOPRAS written exam in İzmir in 2023. He passed the oral exam in Vienna in 2024 and earned EBOPRAS certification.

Dr. Emrah Koksal is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He completed medical school at Trakya University (2011–2017). He trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Gülhane Military Medical Academy (2017–2023). He served at Gülhane Military Medical Academy (2018–2023) and at Hakkari Yüksekova State Hospital (2023–2025). He now practices at BAU MedicalPark Göztepe Hospital (2025–present).
