Beliau meraih gelar kedokteran gigi dari Universitas Başkent pada tahun 2013. Beliau menyelesaikan gelar doktornya dalam bidang bedah mulut dan maksilofasial di Universitas Ondokuz Mayıs pada tahun 2018.

Dr. Yüceer Çetiner adalah Asisten Profesor di Universitas Bahçeşehir. Beliau juga menjabat sebagai Kepala Dokter di Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut BAU di Istanbul.
