Prof. Dr. M. İhsan Karaman is a urologic surgeon and professor. He specializes in prostate growth, prostate cancer, urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction, kidney stone disease, male infertility, and pediatric urology. He works as a Consultant Surgeon in pediatric urology. He has served as Chief of the Urology Clinic at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. Dr. İlhami Soykan Barlas was born in the year 1977 in Istanbul Moda. He is graduated from Kadıköy Anadolu High School and Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. He was awarded the title of General Surgery Specialist after completing his general surgery specialization in Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital in the year 2008. 

He went to Scotland 2 times in the years 2006-2007 and received advanced laparoscopic education. He awarded with ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey in the year 2009 for his contributions to the establishment of Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Training and Research Hospital Burn Center and for his related works. 

After completing his compulsory service at Kastamonu İnebolu State Hospital between the years 2009-2011, resigned from his duty at the state owned institutions, returned to Istanbul and started to work in private sector. He has been working as kidney transplant and general surgery specialist in Florence Nightingale group of hospitals since the year 2013. Since the year 2017, he has been serving as academic Doctor Lecturer in Faculty of Medicine of Demiroğlu Science University. He has more than 20 articles published in national and international journals in general surgery and kidney transplant and more than 30 proceedings that are submitted in national and international congresses. 

He also has been the book editor and chapter author on kidney transplant and he also has been chapter author in various surgery books. Dr Soykan Barlas has been awarded the title ‘General Surgery Associate Professor’ in the year 2020. Currently, he has been working within the organization of Medical Park Group of Hospitals .

Assist. Op.Dr.Oğuzhan Parlakkılıç graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine in 2001.

He started his specialization in the urology clinic of Taksim Training and Research Hospital in 2002. Having completed his specialization training in 2007, Dr. Oğuzhan Parlakkılıç attended many national and international meetings. He has studies in andrology, endourology and urooncology.

Between 2007 and 2009, he completed his duty of public service obligation at Sivelek State Hospital.

Between 2009 and 2010, he worked as a urology specialist in the General Command of Mapping Dispensary. 

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cenk Acar menyelesaikan pendidikan kedokterannya di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Ankara dan residensi urologinya di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Gazi, Departemen Urologi. Dia bekerja sebagai asisten profesor di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Pamukkale, Departemen Urologi antara Juni 2009 dan November 2012. Antara Mei 2012 dan November 2012, dia bekerja sebagai fellow dalam bedah robotik dan laparoskopik pada kanker urologi selama 6 bulan di Departemen Urologi "The Netherland Cancer Institute-AVL hospital". As a urology specialist providing medical services, Prof. Dr. Hasan Biri graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. He started his residency in urology at Gazi University Hospital in 1987 and completed his specialization in 1992, becoming a urology specialist. Dr. Biri completed his compulsory service between 1993-1995. In 1995, he was appointed as an assistant professor at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. Between 1997-1998, he participated in research in many areas of uro-oncology such as radical prostatectomy and radical cystectomy at the University of Southern California Kneed Norris Uro-oncology Center, and was involved in many clinical practices. He successfully passed the associate professorship exam in 1998 and continued his education and training activities as an associate professor at Gazi University. Between 2000-2003, he served as the head of urology and chief physician at Gazi Ankara Hospital. In 2004, he became a professor at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. Throughout his academic career, he has published over 80 national and international publications and presented papers.
