As a urology specialist providing medical services, Prof. Dr. Hasan Biri graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. He started his residency in urology at Gazi University Hospital in 1987 and completed his specialization in 1992, becoming a urology specialist. Throughout his academic career, he has published over 80 national and international publications and presented papers. Dr. Javier Romero Otero is a specialist in prostatic pathology, andrology, and reconstructive genital surgery. He is the Director of HM Hospitales in Madrid and Medical Director of ROC Global Health. He also teaches at Complutense University of Madrid.

He leads the R&D group in comprehensive male health. Dr. Romero Otero has published over 70 research papers in PubMed-indexed journals and contributed to more than 25 book chapters. He serves on editorial committees for several specialized journals. He has presented over 200 papers at scientific conferences and holds important roles in scientific associations in his field.

Prof. Dr. Fatih Kurtuluş is a leading urologist and a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU). He earned his medical degree from Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1997. He specializes in endourology and urooncology. He received advanced training at IRCAD Strasbourg and gained international experience at Heidelberg University and Milan San Raffaele IRCCS Hospital.

He became a professor in 2018. He has received several awards, including the 2015 Urooncology Research Award. He also won best oral presentation at the AUA Congress in 2008 and the EAU Congress in 2009. Dr. Kurtuluş has published widely in international journals. He is an active member of the EAU, Endourological Society, Turkish Association of Urology, and Urooncology Association.

Prof. Dr. M. İhsan Karaman is a urologic surgeon and professor. He specializes in prostate growth, prostate cancer, urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction, kidney stone disease, male infertility, and pediatric urology. He works as a Consultant Surgeon in pediatric urology. He has served as Chief of the Urology Clinic at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. He was also President of Istanbul Medeniyet University.

Dr. Karaman has published over 300 academic papers. He has edited scientific books on prostate cancer and pediatric urology. His work has been cited internationally more than 1,000 times. He is a founding member of the Turkish Society for Pediatric Urology and the Eurasian Urooncological Association. He serves on the Scientific Programme Council of the Société Internationale d'Urologie. He is accredited by several international medical associations and has organized major medical congresses.
