Lahir di Brussels dan fasih berbahasa Inggris, Jerman, Spanyol, Italia, dan Prancis, ia adalah seorang profesional medis berpengalaman dengan perspektif global yang sejati. Kariernya mencakup dunia medis militer dan sipil, mulai dari bertugas sebagai dokter angkatan laut untuk Angkatan Laut Jerman hingga berpraktik sebagai dokter anestesi dan respons darurat di institusi medis terkemuka di seluruh Eropa.

Keahlian Dr. Mella dilengkapi dengan usaha kewirausahaannya, termasuk mendirikan layanan medis dan perusahaan konsultasi seperti German Dream Team. Pelatihan spesialisnya meliputi anestesiologi, kedokteran hiperbarik dan penyelaman, osteopati, dan manajemen mutu medis. He was born in 1977 in Edirne/Keşan. He graduated from Kuleli Military High School in 1995 and GATA Faculty of Medicine in 2001. He worked as a general practitioner in Kütahya between 2001-2004. He completed his psychiatry specialty training at GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital between 2004-2008. He worked as a psychiatry specialist at Gümüşsuyu Military Hospital Balmumcu Dispensary between 2008 and 2012 and at Diyarbakır Military Hospital between 2012 and 2013. In 2013, he voluntarily left his duty in TAF and started working at Neuropsychiatry Istanbul Hospital.

He did his thesis on "The Relationship between Temperament and Character Traits and Decision Making Processes in Patients with Antisocial Personality Disorder". She completed her training in 'Cognitive Behavioral Therapy', 'Hypnotherapy' and 'Sexual Dysfunctions'. She is interested in mood disorders, addiction, sexual dysfunctions and cognitive behavioral therapies.

Dr. Augusto Consoli is a specialist in psychotherapy. He focuses on treating opioid addiction. He played a key role in the LEVOPROACT study, which evaluated the safety and effectiveness of levomethadone for opioid maintenance therapy.

Dr. Consoli helped design the study, collect data, and prepare the manuscript. He worked with several centers across Italy. The interim results showed that levomethadone has a good safety profile, especially for QT interval safety. It also helps reduce opioid craving. These findings are an important step forward in addiction therapy.
