From complicated to simple, this is the main principle of the 70/30 Method by Denys Yurchenko MD.
During the surgery, part of the mammary gland is removed in a verified ratio. Therefore, heavy ptosis breasts turn into "simple". After implant placement, the proportion of implant to own tissues is 70/30.
The 70/30 method provides aesthetic, long-lasting result with a minimum number of complications.
Compare the results of breast augmentation with implants and Invert-T lifts with implants using the 70/30 Method, and you will see that the results are the same in shape and aesthetics. The only difference is in additional incisions that can be easily camouflaged with cosmetological procedures.
What is included in the package? Appointments and examinations within a year after the surgery; a pair of Polytech, Motiva, Eurosilicone, Nagor implants (anatomical OR round); black or nude compression garments of your choice; combined intravenous and endotracheal anesthesia; dressings are performed on the 1st, 3rd, 10th day after the surgery; 3-hour surgery with the installation of implants under the muscle; observation in the clinic ward, meals, and support from medical staff. On average, breast correction lasts 1.5-3 hours. General anesthesia is used during the surgery.

Dr. Yurchenko has published more than 70 scientific articles in international and local medical journals. He also holds four patents for medical inventions. He is preparing to defend his PhD on surgical gender correction and advanced mammoplasty techniques for transgender patients.
Dr. Yurchenko has performed hundreds of successful breast surgeries, including augmentation, reduction, and reconstruction. He is the founder of Yurchenko Plastic Surgery Clinic in Limassol, Cyprus. He is a member of the Association of Plastic Surgeons of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Society of Aesthetic Medicine. In 2005, he received the honorary certificate "Physician of the National Medical University."
