Minimally invasive unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) is prioritized, while total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is adopted for extensive wear, utilizing AI three-dimensional planning and robotic navigation. Through preemptive multimodal analgesia, immediate postoperative pain relief is achieved, enabling patients to get out of bed 4 hours after surgery and walk with assistance within 24 hours, facilitating rapid recovery. With appropriate rehabilitation support, patients can walk steadily an average of 1 week post-surgery and return to sports around 3 months. Flexible options for high-flexion and Oxford unicompartmental knee prostheses are available, all of which are imported, including Zimmer Biomet (e.g., NexGen series), Smith & Nephew (e.g., Journey II series), and Johnson & Johnson. The incidence of complications such as infection and thrombosis is less than 1%.
