Had a very good experience at Columbia Asia hospital.. The physiotherapy sessions were really helpful in relieving my pain.. the staff which includes DrShivani.(HOD) . Irene and Pragati were friendly and warm in delivering their services..all of them seem to have very good knowledge of their craft.. They made me feel homely and comfortable.. and I would strongly recommend the services provided by them..

The doctors are good, however there services are very pathetic and very shameful. They charge for any test like anything and once the patient is admitted in the hospital, no one cares to give the update of the patient. Even the relative to the patient is not allowed to meet than once or twice in a day.

I approached so many doctors for curing of Headache In the morning times ... I severely suffered for 4 months .Finally one day by god grace I approached DR.Sreedhara (Neurologist)in Columbia Asia Hospital... I used several medicines before but there is no result ☹️, But the doctor 👨‍⚕️ prescribed me only one tablet in the night .Now I’m free from headache .Im really happy ... Worth of money .

Try to improve on administration response about patient. And there is no communication between own staffs about admission and even about insurance regarding the patient. Instead we need to give information about our own inhouse patient. They will not care about the room allocation as they purely depend on increasing the amount of insurance and never bother about the in-house patient health condition and satisfaction. Even cateen staffs awareness is minimum on the product they prepare and even ask us to buy from outside and bring into cateen and serve to patient . Kindly try to improvise on services and so care about life if you have some humanity. I think this is a service oriented hospital for human satisfaction who have a cause to lead a life smoothly. Name of the admin : Mr prasanna have to know about his own gesture to treat the customer in a right way. For eg: not offering a seat . Even wrost is that he doesn't know that he should shift the in-house patient to respective ward . When we addressed about shift to right place , he just said customer needs to update them regarding the ward allocation. Funny but fact . Even for the other customers we observed this is happening. So in future I hope this will not happen and hope you as a columbia unit will take measures and correct it for good self and patient wellness

Wort services with unnecessary charges to increase the billingLast week my family member was admitted there, here is my experienceWorst hospitalization process took more then 2 hours to complete the formalitiesWorst TPA, they are very slow for sending the mail and follow up Provided unhygienic blanket for patientUnnecessary charges we have paid for Thermometer 365/, Nebulization mask 575/, EMRD 630/-admission 400/-dietary 500/• For Thermometer, It should be paint choice if they want to buy for personal, forcefully open by staff so that patient cannot refuse to buy that)• Nebulization mask 575/ (maximum 300/ in market, they asked that we are provided it on MRP so we should be thankful for that kind). • As per My knowledge hospitals are taking 400/ for documentation that is OK but when I asked about others charges like EMRD 630/-admission 400/-dietary 500/). The hospital person was explained that we are NABH certified hospitals and following certain protocols.• For maintaining the electronic media reports we are charging as EMRD. I heard this first time as without patient permission you cannot ask for these charges.• Admission charges are for admission kit (Toiletries with hand towel of 6*6), which is not complementary. Ideally these basic items are provided as free from any hospital.• For dietary charges they gave me excuse that without dietician advice they cannot provide the food to patient. And we are providing the food chart as well.When I gave him reference that Last month I was admitted in some hospital and they did charged for this kind of unnecessary items. His answer was awesome. He compared the hospital services with the taste of food in market. After getting this answer anyone can understand the mindset of staff/ hospital.Rest people are already knowledgeable.
