Very bad services are there in the hospital...In the hospital after roaming for 5hrs doctor doesn't responses well and the complaint counter doesn't have any solution to it...I advice all to never visit this hospital in Jaipur as it doesn't values the patient's time at all....Very bad hospitality...

Rather than sucking money out of patients focus on right treatment. Doctor/ Salesman quite not sure these days. I would not recommend this place (good place to get clean lunch/ dinner maybe but not for treatment).

Fortis is not dealing with patients honestly. In cash less arrangement they are charging extra amount. They show lesser amount which get sanctioned.... It is almost two hours, when I caught this, but still they have not responded. Tried to get escalation point, but it is not there.... Almost 24 hr passed, no revert from any one of fortis... It seems every such fraudulent transactions is being done under guideline of management.....

I had the most worst experience at Fortis Hospital Shalimar Bagh. The hospital and its staff is very irresponsible and doctor Pankaj Sharma is the worst and inexperienced I have ever came across in my life. I booked appointment with Head Of Department on Fortis website and when I reached hospital. I found out that he was on leaves but his calendar was available on their website to book appointment. This shows lack of responsibility on doctors and hospital end to not to updat…e the calendar. I paid more consultation fee than any other doctor as I booked appointment with HOD and staff suggested to meet with doctor available at that time Pankaj Sharma. First I did not get remaining balance between their fees and second he was a shame for even being called a doctor. He was in so much hurry that he literally consulted me standing up with bag in his hand. He did not me ask me questions to understand my condition. I had to keep telling that i have pain & it’s critical but he was least bothered. All he wanted us to get a test done and pay his consultation fee again to shoe the report and literally he said that. I had to go consult another doctor after that as his prescribed medicine did not work either. How does a Hospital and their Doctors can be so irresponsible?

Review for Fortis Healthcare Shalimar Baug Delhi: My recent experience with Fortis has been so poor I could not let it pass without sharing it with people. 1. Admission for my dad took over 3 hours! 2. Room charges were 5 star rates considering we opted for shared accommodation and still ended up paying 3.5k per day with 4 people in the room 3. Doctors prioritized their other tasks like (taking lectures) over visiting patients. 4. There was a 750/- charge per day for Rmo w…ho was a backup to the main doc and mostly maintained files. 5. Food for the patient was served only after we followed up a dozen times. 6. There was no empathy in the staff at all, they clearly cared for money and not the individual.
