Sehr gute Betreuung vom ersten Besuch bei meinem super Arzt Dr. Martin Bürgi mit der freundlichen Sekretärin, bis hin zum Anästhesiearzt Dr. Tschan mit dem tollen OP Team ❤🙏 Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Super Pflegepersonal, welches mich in meinen Anliegen kompetent betreut hat. Freundliche Mitarbeiter beim Empfang, Röntgen und Anästhesiegespräch. Ich musste nie lange warten. Vielen Dank ❤

Ich hatte vor 8Wochen eine Gelenkversteifung. Wurde von Dr.C.Müller operiert. Die Klinik ist das Beste was es gibt! Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Pysioteam ist Spitze!!

Ich war heute im Notfall wegen verdacht auf Herzprobleme. Ich bin begeistert welche Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz mir widerfahren ist. Die Ärztinnen und der Pfleger alle sehr Freundlich. Da ist man wirklich froh eine solche Klinik in der Nähe zu haben. Bravo macht weiter so.

Money First !Incredibly this supposed 5 stars Clinic the staff at the reception in Radiology doesn’t speak English!! Are we lacking English speaking staff in Switzerland? Or are they looking for the cheapest staff in this clinic, just to stress that for invoicing they really good I paid almost 50’000 CHF, I think I deserve an English speaking person at the reception!!!!Very disappointed

Mein Mann kamm mit torakalen Beschwerden ins Spital. Er lag in der Notfallaufnahme. Da ich möglichst schnell bei ihm sein wollte musste ich unsere Tochter ( 1 jährig) mitnehmen. Auf dem Notfall angekommen musste ich nach einer gewissen Zeit mit meiner Tochter etwas gehen. Sie war leise, ging in keine Koje und wir liefen eine kleine Runde wärend die Ärzte mit meinem Mann sprachen. Dabei wurde ich sehr harsch und unhöfflich von einer Dame vom Notfall angefahren es seien Patienten hier. Ich solle gehen. Wie gesagt die Kleine war leise und es ging nur zum Thresen und zurück damit sie nicht im gespräch mit den Ärzten reinquitschte. Hätte ich eine geöegenheit gehabt die Kleine so kurzfristig abzugeben hätte ich es getan. Aber in solch einem Ton? Niewieder und da spare ich mir auch die standartisierte Antwort auf eine 1 Sterne Bewertung von wegen Beschwerden bitte unter bla bla bla melden. Ist zimlich erbärmlich . Aber wie gesagt nicht zuviel von Hirslanden erwarten.
