I had implants done here and in Mexico city and I cant recommend Ideal Dental enough. Just excellent work...

Dr. Ana Laura, Edgar, and the rest of the staff were all very professional and kind. They worked through the weekend and after hours to get all my work done in six days within my travel schedule. My new smile has put much of my worries about poor dental health to ease. I highly recommend this office for their ease of scheduling, attention to detail, and utmost professionalism.

ideal dental was amazing, I came from the states because I don’t have dental insurance and hadn’t been to the dentist in years and initially very worried about the dental process. Ideal dental was able to fix my teeth and all the issues I had quickly, efficiently and didn’t skip any steps. It has been the best dental experience I’ve had.
Ideal dental was able to treat all the urgent symptoms in my mouth. I had 5 cavities removed and filled, 2 root canals and 2 inlays put on 2 molars. One of my teeth had about half the tooth chipped and missing from a previous root canal I never had the money to have a crown on. The specialists at ideal are top notch and I would recommend them over many dentists I’ve had in the states. My bite feels amazing. I am more confident in my smile and more confident overall knowing my teeth have been worked on by the best.
If you’re a tourist looking to get dental, I fully recommend ideal dental In Merida. They speak English. Call ahead, get ahold of them through their number and they will get you right.
A massive thanks to everyone at ideal dental for giving me the best dental experience I’ve had so far in my life.

They absolutely ruined my mouth. Told me I needed a root canal...so they said. After that, a painful, expensive crown, a second failed root canal they had to remove the molar. Turns out I have trigeminal neuralgia which they might have known if they bothered to do a CT scan instead of dismissing my extreme pain. Probably didn't need the root canal in the first place. It cost me 10s of thousands of pesos and not even an offer of a partial refund. In fact they couldn't care less. Save yourself the anger, pain and loss of money. Go elsewhere.

I came to Merida with many inconsistent stories from different dentists in Denver. From the beginning, Ideal gave me a very logical treatment plan and showed an incredible level of dedication to saving as much of each tooth as possible. While most of the dentists wanted to jump strait to crowns, Samantha worked with me to be as conservative as possible while being thorough. She also made a couple of adjustments afterwards, being very patient and dedicated to me having a great outcome. Also, I had originally wanted to be put under or sedated for my root canals in the US, but Guillermo the endodontist got me any my severe anxiety through 2 root canals with zero issue.
I am overwhelmingly pleased with the quality of work and value this office provided. Everyone in this office has my respect and my gratitude for their professionalism and the skill they apply to their craft. As a plus, they are just good, kind people.
