I had my surgery at Mali Interdisciplinary Hospital and had a very positive experience.
Although it is a smaller private hospital, the atmosphere was warm and reassuring. The staff were professional and attentive. They arranged a Chinese translator for me, which made communication easy. I was also provided with a clean and comfortable VIP room.
The surgeon personally explained the procedure before surgery and followed up after the operation to check on me and give clear post-operative instructions. The fees were reasonable compared with other private hospitals, and the discharge process was smooth. The staff even assisted me to the taxi.
Overall, I felt well cared for and would recommend this hospital.
