We had our mother transferred from the intensive care unit of a private hospital in Samsun to this hospital. Her manager, Seldağ Hanım, and our esteemed professor, Duriye Sıla, were incredibly supportive throughout this process. Thanking her a thousand times wouldn't be enough. Dr. Sıla not only admitted our mother but also treated her in the most appropriate way. Most importantly, she empathized with us, the patient's families, as a human being. She had COPD, edema, and many other heart problems. And thanks first to God and then to our esteemed professor, we completed the intensive care process. Our mother was treated like a flower in her room. We were also very pleased with the nurses; they all do their jobs diligently and are happy workers. If you have even the slightest concern about Medicana, don't let this hospital and our professors worry you; it's the right place for you. Dr. Sıla, you are a wonderful doctor. We are grateful for your coordinated and most appropriate treatment with the hospital's doctors. May there always be valuable professors like you.

IF YOU WANT TO BE DISGRACED WITH YOUR MONEY, GO. On 06.08.2025, I took my mother for a CT scan at the doctor's direction. The attitude of Gökhan, who was working there, was very bad. The CT scan with medications was over, he quickly picked my mother up and told her to get out. At that moment, my mother's eyes were black and she was dizzy, she was not conscious, and when I saw her through the doorway, I went in for help. He did not help the patient in any way, a patient in that condition should not be lifted like that. Someone who had taken intravenous medication and just came off the device asks if she is okay, if she is dizzy. I took my mother to the corridor and still no one is there to help. If she fainted and fell, no one would care except me. I might not be there at that moment. After forcing the inner door open and entering, we asked for water for my mother, the first person brought water with their palms, what a disgrace. We gave blood, the results were exactly 4 hours, even in the state sector it takes 2 hours. We were kept waiting everywhere, no one cares. Everyone is sloppy, the service is zero.

I regret to share a disappointing experience with MEDICANA Hospital, Samsun and their physiotherapy department, specifically with Dr. D. Eker. The overall interaction was far from professional. The doctor showed impatience during consultations and made little effort to explain the condition or treatment plan properly, which left us feeling confused and dismissed.
Moreover, the physiotherapy provided was inadequate. It was conducted without essential steps such as massaging the affected arm, which is a basic and necessary part of such treatment. This lack of thorough care further diminished our trust in the service quality.
Given this experience, I would not recommend this hospital or this particular doctor to others seeking respectful, comprehensive orthopedic care.

My Review of Medicana Samsun Hospital:
My friend and I have been to Medicana Samsun Hospital twice, and we were impressed each time. Dr. Kerim Güzel's professionalism, knowledge, and sincere approach, in particular, instilled great confidence in us. We are deeply grateful to him.
Similarly, the doctor's incredibly organized, kind, and caring assistant, Ms. Seda, patiently and cheerfully shared every detail with us. Thanks to her, the entire process was extremely comfortable and peaceful.
The warmth, understanding, and constant presence of our translator, Rada, made us feel incredibly comfortable. Her attentiveness made us feel like family.
The entire hospital team does a truly wonderful job with their discipline, honesty, sincerity, and value for people. Their attention, care, and compassion are especially admirable. We received a top-notch service, both medically and humanely.
I wholeheartedly recommend Medicana Samsun Hospital. It's truly a great opportunity to meet such a dedicated healthcare team.
