First they rescheduled the appointment to another day and when I came here 20 minutes before the appointment, I waited for 80 minutes to see the doctor.
I had an appointment at 10:20, came at 10:00 and informed the reception that I have an appointment. I waited for 30 minutes, then came again to reception to check why nobody is following me to the doctor. Now it's 11:20 and I'm still waiting for a doctor. Absolutely horrible and inappropriate experience, even though I like the doctor and processes.

I just returned from Turkey, where I had a face and neck lift with lipofilling, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
After months of researching on Instagram, I came across the profile of Dr. Burak Ergün Tatar. His before-and-after photos looked real and unedited, which immediately caught my attention. I reached out and was contacted by Nuvar Deniz, Patient Coordinator, she was incredibly kind, responsive, and informative.
Within a couple of days, we arranged a video call with Dr. Tatar, and thanks to how clearly and patiently Nuvar answered all my questions, I felt confident enough to book my trip to Istanbul.
Now, just ten days after the surgery, I can honestly say I’m thrilled with the results. Dr. Tatar is truly talented, and the entire team was professional, gentle, and welcoming. The Mediapol Clinic is beautiful — clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technologies, including a wide range of lasers to help with scar care after surgery.
A special thank you also to Dr. Sena Inal Aptoula, the clinic’s dermatologist, who is not only skilled but also incredibly sweet and attentive — you’ll feel completely cared for in her hands.
I absolutely recommend this experience to anyone looking for professionalism, warmth, and outstanding results. I'm genuinely happy with my choice!

hospital building is very modern and maybe doctors are well skilled.
However, today went to see a dermotologist and before going to see the doctor the reception personal told me I can go and maybe 80% of my visit will be covered with my insurance (Acibadem isurance). Then when I came out from doctor she says "ah, sorry it seems like you had this disease before and now u have to pay". Why could not ypu tell me before i actually enter the doctor. You could at least ask "is it your first time? or continuing visit?". The whole experience felt like a scam. Very dissapointing.

I had a good experience at Medipol Acibadem Hospital, Istanbul.
My only concern was that I haven’t been notified about the delay with my appointment. We were waiting approximately 40 min to see the doctor which is not acceptable.
I have been reminded about my appointment a day before also they knew that I am flying from Abroad for this appointment. The hospital is clean and tidy. My doctor also was very positive and welcoming.
They should offer a second choice to a client/patient in such cases.
