I came from Denmark and was receıved From Airport with a very good driving facility- immediately was Taken to the department to do the blood tests and samples collection as well as registration and paying the fees just after arrival,
After that, my room was very clean with three large window Having a good view and their room is equipped with entrance And a private room As well as a toilet with bathing facility, which was clean, neat with towel towels, and soap.
There were many nurses who came to check on me to see that I am ready and explained the whole situation and the next day already I could go For two very total consultation with the doctor and the anesthesiologist As well as nurses who supported.
During all the time they were translator.
I was very well informed about the surgery and the treatment and aftercare so the doctor was Recommending me suggestions and also not going through a lot if it’s not.
Dr. Yakup Daman Is an excellent physician in surgeon - He listened to all my questions and answered them for me while drawing and explaining, and also his own procedures and recommendation.
After the operation, the doctor surgeon give time to come and explain and see how I was doing and asking if there’s something Necessary.
The nurses were following up every hour or every two hour to make sure that I I was doing well.
I camein Friday and by Sunday. The operation was done and able to walk and check out Sunday.
The hospital provided me accommodation, meals as well as clean drinking water bottles on the FIRST day of the operation. After that - there is water filling station or one can buy himself.
Including in my fees is also 4-5 days hotel close to Hospital, which is very flexible. They will also take care of my departure to drop me off at the airport. One person is allowed to accompany patient.
The rooms are decorated nicely with calm colors and very relaxed environment.
Nurses come every hour to check on patients and meals are also served in the room 3 times daily.
If I ever come back for surgery or any treatments or check ups, definitely Will choose Dr. Yakup Daman.
This is definitely my preferred hospital.
All services checkup medicine surgery transportation to and from airport and to the hotel cost 2150 euro as promised via first meeting agreement. After hospital dischargem medicin cost are at your own expense which is not so high.
For the service you receive and the treatment it is worth it … I consulted the hospital on Wednesday from Denmark 🇩🇰 Waiting time was only my own departure from Denmark that I did Friday And returning back the next Sunday.
If you need a second opinion, I want to do a surgery. I recommend this place.
All nurses speak fluent turkisk and some less english. They have interpreters that assist all the time.

If you are thinking to come to Istanbul I suggest %100, I got the best results that I can even imagine.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at *Merkez Prime Hospital*.
From the moment I arrived until the very last minute, everything was perfectly organized.
*Dr. Yakup Duman*, *coordinator Bergin*, and the *nurses on the 7th floor* took excellent care of me throughout my stay. They were all very professional, attentive, and kind.
The hospital was exceptionally clean and provided a high standard of service that made me feel safe and comfortable.
I'm very happy with my surgery and truly grateful for my doctor’s expertise.
The room I stayed in was super luxurious and comfortable.

Great place , doesn't even look like like a hospital, ground floor reception looks like an expensive hotel . Was staying in hospital for 3 days , room was very comfy and I had everything I need. Food was good portions massive!! All the stuff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean .
