The staff were professional and I feel comfortable. They even have translators who will help you. The treatment was done gently… Highly recommend for anyone!!

Had a very chill, smooth and effiicient visit to Oracle. Booked my appointment pretty last-minute (after much research) via WhatsApp and managed to get a spot. The translator, Yuni, was very friendly, asked about my concerns and explained the procedures required clearly. This was followed by the doctor consult which was reassuring (explained exactly my diagnosis and what is the best management plan) and the procedure itself was smooth! Highly recommend

Absolutely outstanding clinic – highly recommended: I visited Oracle Clinic in Cheongdam to have a few beauty moles removed, and I was incredibly impressed from start to finish. The entire experience was efficient, well-organized, and genuinely caring. The staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive at every step, making sure I felt comfortable and well informed.
The procedure itself was done quickly and with great precision, and the results are excellent. I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was — no waiting around, everything clearly explained, and the clinic runs like a perfectly coordinated team. The facilities are spotless and modern, which adds even more confidence.
On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service and expertise.
I’m truly grateful for the care I received and would strongly recommend Oracle Clinic Cheongdam to anyone considering similar treatments. A five-star experience in every way!

I had a wonderful experience at Oracle Dermatology Clinic in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam. The staff and doctor were both incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. One thing that really stood out to me was how well they spoke English—I had no problem communicating or understanding anything during my visit, which made the whole experience even more comfortable.
The clinic is clean and modern, and the consultation was thorough and not rushed. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about the treatment plan. I’m really happy with the results so far and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone—especially English speakers—looking for quality dermatology care in Seoul!
