These people have HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS!! I have been calling , e-mailing and messaging these people since May 2025 and it is about to be September. No answer has been provided on the refund status of my surgery that I DID NOT get. I was assured by many of the hospital staff that I would receive my deposit back. After telling me I would definitely get it refunded and it’s “in the finance department” over and over with no further information; I believe they just kept my money. They won’t even give me the finance department number to ask.
Even more inconvenient is the fact that NO ONE speaks ENGLISH!!!!!?? So imagine you go for a serious big surgery and no one can communicate with you effectively. If I could I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star review. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
UPDATE: I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND!!!!!! I asked back in May, and still nothing to show for it. The Patients' Rights Act was not helpful either.
