may be this IVF wasnt a good idea for us. Four trail to no avail. after accepting all their proposals etc, yet no positive results. i have actually lost my confidence in this clinic and dont wanna try again with them. at this point, dont know if i should recommend or not!!! its up to anyone to make this decision. as for us, it didnt work, though the out patient care was very supportive, communication was excellent, but am really disappointment because, after spending closed to 30000 ( with flights and hotels) euros, it all went down the drain!!

Sólo puedo darles las gracias por conseguir mi sueño, llevaba mucho tiempo intentándolo y me transmitísteis la confianza suficiente para esa "una vez más". A quién me lea, decirle que en esta clínica tenía la sensación de que si no era allí, es que no sería en ningún sitio, que ya estaba jugando en primera división. Gracias y seguir así!

We had a very negative experience with this clinic. Their management of foreign patients is extremely poor, from telling me to take the wrong medication at the wrong time (a message that was intended for someone else entirely), telling me to book a flight for the wrong date and refusing to refund, during the treatment cycle there was no doctor available at the clinic to read the tests that I had asked to perform by the clinic... I spoke with a different doctor every time, who seem to be clueless about my medical history... It was a very bad experience. It is a very challenging time of our lives, already going to a foreign country to perform such a treatment is hard, we don't need the added stress and pain of dealing with both doctor's and management mistakes. I strongly do not recommend this place, they really need to get their act together...

Accueil très professionnel et individuel. On croirait que vous êtes unique! Consultation claire et prise en charge optimale même pour ce qui ne relève pas du soin. J'ai perdu mon ordinateur et ils m'ont aidé pour la police !!!Réussite du premier coup et maintenant des jumeaux en pleine forme !!!

Mal vorab : Sehr schöne Klinik, nettes Personal, gute Kommunikation usw.Bei mir leider jahrelang keinen Erfolg, unnütze Untersuchungen , Doppeloperationen usw. kein Erfolg auch nach vielen Transferzyklen . Am Anfang wurden seitens der Klinik grosse Erfolgsversprechen gemacht, welche aber alle nicht eintrafen. Nach jahrelangen Fehlversuchen kam die Klinik darauf dass man hätte Hormonwerte wie den Progesteronwert und Östrogenwert vor den Transfer untersuchen müssen, dafür gibt es von mir nur einen Stern..... bis heute keinen Erfolg nur Unsummen an Geld, Nerven und Reisekosten......

I highly recommend IVF Madrid where i was carefully followed for fertility preservation. From the first contact to the follow up call, they showed deep care and reactivity to any single question I had. The process overall was crystal clear and smooth thanks to them.
Highlight to Enrique who was mindblowingly great at assisting mixing professionalism, reactivity, empathy and sense of humor!

I had a very disappointing experience at this fertility clinic. From the moment I arrived, the secretaries were unfriendly and dismissive. They seemed annoyed when I asked questions and made me feel like I was a burden. This lack of professionalism and empathy made an already stressful process much worse. I expected a higher standard of care and respect, especially in such a sensitive environment. I do not recommend this clinic based on how poorly I was treated by the administrative staff.

Nous avons ete incroyablement bien accueillis par le personnel de la clinique. Une vraie attention et un professionalisme continue pendant toute la procedure de FIV. Nous recommendons ce centre pour toute personne souhaitant augmenter ses chances et souhaitant trouver un endroit ou le personnel est honnete, serieux et competent.
